Job Responsibilities
Setting up and operating CNC lathes or milling machines to manufacture high-quality components in adherence to engineering specifications.
Monitoring machine performance and ensuring the accuracy of finished products.
Troubleshooting and adjusting machines to maintain optimal performance and efficiency.
Conducting inspections on finished parts to ensure they meet the stringent quality standards set by the company.
Collaborating with the engineering and production teams to optimise processes and continuously improve manufacturing
Skills + Experience
Proven experience as a CNC Machinist with a strong ability to set up and operate CNC lathes or milling machines.
A comprehensive understanding of machining principles and processes.
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and specifications to produce precise components.
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to producing work of the highest quality.
Must have the ability to read and understand engineer drawings
Excellent teamwork and communication skills to work effectively within the production team.
