Production Planner Administrator

Adept are working with a leading global provider of specialized metal products and supply chain solutions primarily serving the oil and gas industry. They are seeking a Production Planner Administrator to join their team.
As a Production Planner Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operations of our manufacturing processes.
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager, this role offers the opportunity to grow within the company and become a competent production planner.
Job Responsibilities
Compiling and issuing comprehensive shop floor works order packs, encompassing routing, drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and specifications.
Receiving training in the utilization of the company's ERP system to effectively manage production data and processes.
Participating in dedicated training to become proficient in production planning, aligning with our goal of nurturing skilled production planners.

Requirements:
Previous experience in administration within an engineering/manufacturing setting, providing you with insights into the industry's intricacies.
Proficiency with PC usage, particularly in Windows products.
Basic knowledge of computer databases, specifically ERP systems, and familiarity with manufacturing processes, providing a strong foundation for the role.
Eagerness to learn and progress within the company, with the aspiration to eventually become a proficient production planner.
